    Night life review

    Bernie's has always been the hot spot for night life in Port A when visiting from out of town. Depending on the season you come it could really picked where there's barely any room on the dance floor or plenty. It has a dive bar atmosphere but with a lot of room to either play pool or dance the night away. The DJ is always amazing they play old school 2000s music that makes the whole bar sing along too or run to the dance floor.

    There is 4 bars within the establishment it should be fairly easy to get a drink all the bartenders are attentive and fair. The prices are very reasonable for beer and liquor.  

    The bouncers do there job if someone is goofing off too much they will warn you. If there is a fight port A cops stay close by so highly recommend don't even try.

    We had a great time here! Music was hit or miss but the dance floor was packed. Drinks were decent and prices were ok. There was this one suuuuuper old guy just killin it with the ladies. Was that actually Bernie from the movie?

    It is a fun place to go dancing and the drinks are cheap.  The downside is they allow smoking inside so the air is terrible.  The "short bus" comment has to go too.  It is very offensive.

    I've lived in Port Aransas since August and I absolutely love Bernie's!!! I'm a poker player and I enjoy our games so much!!! Jacob is super sweet and always a pleasure! Couldn't have a better dealer!!!! This is my favorite place in town cause of the daily cards!!!!! Thank you all!!! Love the Ruben That's my favorite sandwich ever!!!!!!

    We were here for a large party and the room was tight but well set up. The bar tender and bar back were five star all the way. Both men's rooms were deplorable. The kitchen was messy and the woman working in it had a terrible attitude. I would not eat anything from here to say the least. Come in for a cool drink but I wouldn't eat the food seems to be a local hot spot.
